Personal revelations of God happen in different ways.

  1. People brought up in a Muslim tradition may feel they have a personal relationship with Allah and/or had mystical experiences with the above deity.
  2. People brought up in a Christian tradition may feel they have a personal relationship with God or Jesus and/or had mystical experiences with the above deity.
  3. People brought up in a Hindu tradition may feel they have a personal relationship with Vishnu and/or had mystical experiences with the above deity.

Insert relevant deity for other religions.

All the above are subjective and there is no objective evidence that any of these supposed divine relationships are real.
