The Garden of Eden is a mythical place from the Bible where Adam and Eve first lived.
Origin of the myth
It was for a while, that, Christian and Jewish scholars believed that these stories (the Bible) were handed down to them by Yahweh. But in the 19th century, we've found the 'grand prize'!, ancient Sumerian texts. Yes virtually all of the myths from Genesis come from these texts.
