A Bible thumper knows those sections of the Bible which his (rarely her) sect take seriously. Bible thumpers have a habit of quoting the bible loudly at the drop of a hat when forcing their religion onto other people. Bible thumpers frequently do this to criticise other people seen as sinful. Some bible thumpers are dogmatic to hide secret insecurity while other bible thumpers are unable to see why their version of reality doesn't make sense and confident in their Delusions.
